Nope, not this kind of waiting room, a private, secure, “waiting room” for providers to see when a patient is ready to be seen via telehealth software and let them in.  Much less awkward…

 

I wanted to share this video to let people know that using telehealth software can be so much more than just talking through a screen.  The “waiting room” feature allows providers to see when a patient has joined the meeting and admit them or let them in when they are ready.  This brief video demo shows just how easy it is to use the “waiting room”.
